Community:

I was lucky enough to go on a 3-week Antipodeans Abroad project where I travelled to Swaziland, South Africa and Mozambique. I was heavily involved in the lead up to the trip with fundraising and planning. Two friends and I took it upon ourselves to organise a fundraising night at our local cinema to raise funds for the project. We built a chicken coup large enough for 300 chickens to provide a community in need with a sustainable income.

I was also a part of the Building Connections Program where I assisted with the Sydney Community Services Gardening Program, helping to weed and prune gardens for the elderly or disabled residents.

Lastly, I have volunteered at St Edmunds School where I helped students with special needs participate in arts and craft activities.
